Thanks for actually posting exercises that require nothing else but just bands. So many people have band exercises that require something to hook around.

I haven’t been able to lose my stomach and I’m going to try resistance bands
This was good and some unique moves. We did this after another 30 minute workout so we only did one round. We will come back and try it again three times.

Great video! I just recently got into tension training, bands are so cheap compared to the gym. I have the wide flat kind, I stand on 6 for curls, so much cheaper than weights.

These are perfect for those of us with kids doing online schooling. Run off every session they do for 10 minutes, works out to 3 times a day! I've been doing this for 2 weeks and feel great!

Very effective ( lost 13 kg in 2 months with no no no sugar intake and 12 hours fasting 8 pm to 8 am and finally doing streching with the band's it really pump up the heart ❤️ very badly )

I really liked this workout but it killed my wrists. Are there any modifications that you can do that are a little easier on the wrists? It is really just for the plank part. Can I do them on my elbows?

I’m sure any men doing the workout would appreciate a shout out! Wanted to love this but as a group fitness instructor there were some things missing. It’s important to cue for proper breathing, using the core and to provide modifications. Technique & form could be improved (locking elbows, over rotating, etc). I appreciate the effort and there were some good exercise variations.

Hi, there! Thanks for the excellent work out. I'm a paraplegic, hence used the window sill in lieu of my legs. Could you recommend more ab toning exercises for those who are unable to use their legs?

I am not comfortable stretching these bands that long. I have been using bands for sometime but not taking them to over the head routines like shoulder presses. Are they safe to go that far?
