RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT - ABS & CORE - HOME WORKOUT - 10 MINUTES

  • Sculpt your abdominal muscles with this 10 minute #resistance band #abs workout. This workout will challenge you, with lots of variety and creative moves to push you and keep the core #toned and strong.
    This video is only one of a series of videos where I show you how to use resistance bands to work every part of your body.
    So many people buy resistance bands and do not know how to use them them fully so I put this video together to help get the most out of your band workout and burn those abs!

    Warm up first and change bands throughout where necessary to make sure you are always challenging yourself.
    Below is a list of all of the exercises that I use throughout this video;

    4. Hollow Body Hold to Crunch
    5. Plank with Tap
    6. Penguin Crunch
    7. Bicycle Crunch
    8. Plank with Shuffle
    9. Staggered Leg Lower

    bicycle crunch and staggered leg lower murdered my abs. This is definitely going on my ab workout list. Great job!

    These mini band workouts are the only home workout I've ever been able to stick to, thank you so much for making these videos! Even my cat laid down on the floor with me and tried to join in with this one today.

    That was great! As a beginner I love that the bands customize. I couldn’t do a couple exercises for the full 40 secs but I’ll get there. Totally gonna incorporate this into my routine! Great job!

    This has got to be one of the workouts that I try my hardest to push myself with, I tried this workout the first time with a light or medium resistance band felt that it wasn't enough for me so tried with the heavy resistance band and needless to say I am feeling it. Thank you for this video. You just earned another subscriber love love love this video! -Eva-Marie

    Some of these I was like “that’s not gonna hurt” I WAS VERY WRONG. I have a hard time feeling my ab workouts.. this was by far the best video I’ve used!!!

    I just subscribed! I've been recovering from covid for a long time and one of the things I really miss are my intense high cardio workouts I used to do. Doc said resistance bands are a good place to start bc it won't put too much pressure on my heart or breathing. I couldn't make it to the end of the video today and had to stop several times to modify, but my first goal is to make it halfway through without modifications and then make it to 13 minutes. I used to cycle 15 miles in 45 minutes as a warm up, and now getting to 13 minutes seems like a big goal, but it's all baby steps and one day at a time, one goal at a time. I can't wait to dive into more of your videos and workouts! :)

    I am just starting out with resistance bands and I love working with them !
    I am 55 and starting to get back in shape :}
    I weigh 134 right now and looking to strengthen my back and hips and now I have some one to follow

    Good work out routine thank you 💪 I mainly use resistance bands for arm exercises so good to have some ab exercises etc . Resistance band exercises are harder work than weight lifting my dumbells to be honest 🤣

      @@dionnet2574 you could look for some resistance band packs, they often come with light, medium and heavy! then you could try out, if not pls get medium instead of heavy ones immediately

    Thank you so much this is incredible, usually I am very fit and active, mountaineering running etc. Done hardly anything since Covid and put loads of wait on round the tummy. Just got my risistance band and followed your work out. It was a killer but I'm sure it will get easier as I follow you through all your vids, but going to be on the beginners for a while yet.     Hello from NZ! Your beautiful background & weather definitely made this workout bearable! Don't film clips inside empty white rooms please lol. Though my wrists couldn't handle the planks, I did everything else haha. New to resistance bands & new to your channel! Thank you!
