The absolute best charbroiled oysters are at Drago's! I have made many out of the way trips just to eat at Drago's. If you can't make it, definitely try cooking at home. Lots of butter, garlic and parmesan cheeses on a hot grill. Cook fast!
It's all fun and games to cook like this but the poor bastard that has to clean that grill deserves recognition. All that extra cheese and butter has to go somewhere.

Crazy good oysters. After my shrimp Alfredo pasta we ate like 4 dozen of them oysters between 6 of us.
