- We Followed up with Valires 2013 Hyundai Accent after we changed all the fluids to AMSOIL Products.
We changed the motor oil, transmission fluid, radiator coolant, on this 2013 Hyundai Accent. The owner of the car Valerie is very impressed with the results. She thought she needed a new car because it did not drive well.
The fuel system had varnish and was not clean. The motor oil was in good shape. The car had a hundred thousand miles on it in the transmission fluid has never been changed.
Now after changing all the fluids and installing Amsoil Pi fuel additive, Valerie he's impressed because the car is running better than it ever has.

Hyundai's love Amsoil. I have a 2018 Tucson AWD with a 2.0L GDI engine. It has the OE transmission fluid, Signature series 5w20, will have severe gear 75w90 real soon. Plus I run the upper cylinder lubricant with every tank of gas. I ran PI through the tank with the oil switch over. Going down the highway you can barely hear the engine. It climbs most hills without down shifting. Best part. It now gets almost 30 mpg highway driving that's with me using E15 gasoline. Across the board we are getting about 26 miles per gallon average which is about 3 mpgs higher than advertised fuel economy.
Update. I put severe gear 75w90 in the transfer case and differential almost three weeks ago. I didn't think gear oil would make much of a difference but I was wrong. The car just glides now. You can only hear the noise of the tires now.
When we bought the car before all of the fluid changes the engine would rev to 2600 rpms to go 65 mph. Now 2600 rpm gets us to 75 mph. We recently got 31.5 mpg highway on a trip from St Paul Minnesota to Eau Claire Wisconsin. That's 5.5 mpg more than what this car was rated for on the highway. I have been using this stuff for almost 20 years and it still amazes me what it can do.
And that's stellar!!!

It depends on the car. Both my car (18 1.4l tc Cruze) and wife's car (16 1.4l tc Sonic) will downshift to first around 25 mph
