    Nina and Gary Taubes were two of the first people I followed, as well as Dr. Lustug (Sugar: The Bitter Truth) when I went keto in 2018. The first two books I bought were The Big Fat Surprise, and Good Calories, Bad Calories. 3 years keto, and now 2.5 years carnivore. All metabolic syndrome symptoms reversed, no more meds, and T2D reversed!
    Thanks Nina, Gary, Robert!

    I bought and read Nina’s book, it was part of my journey to eating real food. I’m now like the food police, when I see people with their shopping cart 🛒 full of boxes of processed food I want to tell them to buy real food. Thanks to both 👍🇬🇧

      In 2018 I took the red pill and stepped out of the Matrix. Now, when I go to the supermarket, I see the same thing everyone else does, but my brain keeps screaming at me, TOXIC, TOXIC, TOXIC!!! I also notice all of the obese, metabolically ill people.

    A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it.

    Vegetable oil is excellent for concrete construction and chainsaw bar oil. Don’t throw that oil away. Use it as intended. As a lubricant. Don’t use it on locks because it goes rancid and stinks. You want to use it where it won’t persist.

    • @John-Nada
      @John-Nada 4 месяца назад

      Tried it on a bicycle chain but it hardened into a sticky yellow residue impossible to remove. 😵‍💫

    • @mandelharvey3429
      @mandelharvey3429 4 месяца назад

      @@John-Nada vegetable oil is only good for temporary situations. So if you were riding a hundred miles a week running through a bunch of oil it'd work. Stop riding a couple days and it looks like arterial plaque.
      It's great if you ever wanted to prank someone. You could lube a hinge or a lock or a bicycle chain. It'd work great. Then that oil goes rancid and stiffens up. Or you can finish wood working projects with it. Will come out beautiful. Then whenever you bring it inside you'll be looking for old French fries. Found that one out well before carnivore. I mean the music stand I made was beautiful. Put a little pigment in the oil. Then I'm looking for old fries and eventually sat my artistry outside.
      Olive oil works great. It doesn't get rancid harden and stink. Although I use used motor oil or new motor oil I've lost the label for bicycles. I change my own oil.

      @@vincentkingsdale8334 SO???!!! Just because you can't find anything on the internet, doesn't make it false! And, are you implying that we are only allowed to trust people who have PhD after their name, and we MUST believe them if they do? 'That sounds like an Appeal to Authority fallacy. Cause there's some REALLY STUPID people out there who have PhD's.

      @@jodyjackson5475 I'm not sure what his religous affiliation was (if any). But he definitely was charismatic, and did not like being opposed. Ironically, he wasn't even a nutritionist; he was a fish physiologist. Ever heard of K-Rations? Given to American soldiers in WW II, the K-Ration was invented by Keys. That's what the 'K' stands for. Many believe that publish or perish pressures led him to doing his 6?/7?/22! country study. His obsession to always be right led him to cherry pick the data, and as a result of pushing his agenda on the worlds populations, a few billion people have died prematurely from eating a low fat, low salt, high carb SAD. Many people believe that his personal and professional attack on Dr. Yudkin (who proposed that sugar NOT fat was the culprit in heat disease) destroyed Yudkins career.
