I’ve been having ten issues for a little over a year, which started from a poorly fitted crown. I’ve had an unnecessary root canal as I thought the pain was from the crown, got a mouth guard, went to several physio treatments for stretches and buccal face massages. Nothing worked for more than a few days. I was a few days short of getting Botox when I decided to look up exercises myself. These and another one I found through the NHS website made a huge difference overnight. It’s like my jaw was reset and I no longer have any teeth pain. My face and neck feels so light. I am extremely grateful. Thank you :)

I have been suffering for months with TMJ pain. The last few days have been so severe. I just did these stretches and I am in tears because of the relief. I still have pain. But it isnt as severe as it has been. I know I will probably need sugery on both sides. And that scares me. Plus, its so expensive and it would just put such a massive burden on my family. I just have to live with it right now until something changes.

Did these stretches right along with video. Couldn’t believe how tight my neck muscles were, these stretches helped!😊

This explains why my TMJ pain has reduced. I've been lying across the bed on my back with my head and arms flopped over the side every morning for several days now I've been stretching the underside of my neck!

I feel really good. I've been dealing with L TMJD for 14 years from whiplash accident. I feel like I could also use a video on back neck muscle similarly to this one. They're always tense as well. Thank you so much!

This was the best video I've found on tmj and neck pain! I had jaw surgery in 2006 for not only my jaw but also for my sleep apnea. I've never ever had any orthodontist, oral surgeon or dentist mention anything about doing jaw exercises or stretching and I'm in constant pain daily from all the stress. Some of these same exercises I've seen on videos about correcting wrinkles in the face so it's a win win! I already notice I've Been missing targeting the right muscles please keep doing these videos!

I'm in the same situation, jaw surgery and elastic bands for a whole year. The problem with that surgery is that the orthodontist only cares about teeth alignment! Not jaw health!

I’ve been having a sore throat type of pain between the skin and adams apple area (…I’m a girl tho) and I thought I was getting throat cancer or something. But the pain isn’t inside my throat. These exercises have help immediately. I’m going to keep this up and I’ll bet my pain goes away altogether. THANK YOU SO MUCH. ❤️

What do you recommend for a jaw with lateral deviation? I can tell by the way my bite sits that it isn't quite right

Really felt what a stretch i got on my tmj side, but not on other side. It almost feels like the hyoid bone and muscle nearby is getting stretched. Does this also open up and helps your tmj?

I have so much tightness under jaw on left side. It has my head looking awkward sitting on my neck. I’m not in the pain many people deal with. It’s tightness and swelling that’s throwing everything off and making my face out of alignment . I can feel the pressure when I press under my jaw. The right side feels just fine. 😢

I have very bad trismus from radiation treatment and my neck and jaw are now tight as a drum. It appears to be affecting my breathing.Have you ever heard of this before ? My ENT team are at a loss as to what's happening and this is after several scans.
