Great video, thanks. One passenger side window regulator replaced at minimal expense. Take your time and a little bit of patience. I purchased the kit without the panel (just rails and wires), drilled out the existing rivets and bolted the new one into the current panel, a little bit of patience and not outside basic DIY skills.
what all did you need to do this tool-wise? I'm trying to do this repair the same way on a fairly tight budget. Kinda wish there was a video showing how to do it that way instead of installing a brand new panel
1) It helps to have a stash of new plastic door panel clips.
2) You do not need to remove the door lock and latch mechanisms if you instead just press out the two plastic rivets that hold the latch assembly to the inner panel. The plastic piece that attaches the inner panel to the latch mechanism is unnecessary, probably used in original factory assembly.

At 06:30 when splitting up this part doesn't the cable inside get all loose and messed up? I have to change this part I think because my car doesnt like something after changing the whole door with the window regulator (changed the whole panel with the regulator) + new door because mine were scratched too much. So now I cant control my mirror + windows (except for driver's doors) and whats the worst is that I cant lock the whole driver's side. I can lock it only manually

How do you bring the window down with the door out of car or vehicle has no power???
I didn't do this ever, but found this over the web... maybe will help you:
"Can you manually raise a power window?
Move your palms upward gently and slowly while gripping the glass. Do not allow your palms to slip on the glass. You may have to do this very slowly, but the electric motor gears will turn, and the window will begin to move upward from your actions. Push the window into the seal at the top of the door."
