My Deebot N8 Pro got stuck somewhere and I could not find it the next day. I found it under the couch. Not sure why it stopped. I had to pick up and move back to charging dock. Now it cannot locate. It always times out when I try to locate or run. Customer service said to turn off and back on a couple of times. Did it twice, no luck. Will try more. Also tries to remap each time I run it as it can't locate.
in my case even though the LDS area is completely clean and all brushes clean the mapping is not done completely and more so it does not return to the charging dock. It loses it way. Since I had to place the deebot Ozmo 950 manually on the charging dock it does it store the map
Got one of this deebot n8pro. It wont map if the sensor cover is on, but works fine without the cover. May i know what is the reason for it not working with cover on? Thx
Some customers uses vinegar etc to wipe the bumper or D-Tof cover that's not right... glass Blur. Plz check have you fix the cover springs at proper place & blade glass is not blur or faded..
Hello friend, I bought an ozmo T8 in February and it has mapping problems, I would like to disassemble it and clean it myself since the technical service asks me to send the vacuum cleaner to the USA and I am in Venezuela. could you help me to know how to get to that point to be able to clean the sensors

Actually you need to contact ur seller or Amazon India...or u can check some online shops like Amazon might be some other available who can provide Ecovacs parts
If deebot totally won't move & after minutes gives LDS error then most likely is core board issue located next to motherboard... which can spoil after around 2 years
Overlapping is LDS assembly issue...if you plz just follow my LDS service video & service the LDS assembly... hopefully will solve the issue..if LDS bearing is slightly grinding sounds that means just bearing issue...if you replace or else need to full LDS assembly

Is there any video in your channel where the error message is LDS issue. When I checked the LDS it is spinning fine and clean and still not moving..
Hi...in this case LDS assembly need to replace...fee cases I received after replacing the LDS assembly start working normal....

If i choose multiple floor option it's mapping but it's not getting stored & mapping is overlapping .. Let me know how to rectify..
