Focus on distance running and push ups. Do whatever you can to up your stamina. Nothing can really prepare you for the altitude, but having good stamina will help you.

Also, I received an appointment for the class of 2025, but still need to get a waiver for allergies/eczema. Since you mentioned you have allergies, and I think I remember in another video hearing you have eczema, do you have any tips for that?

Hey so I have a gpa of 3.5 at a STEAM academy rn im a junior and because of covid I had to drop my ap course load ... Im starting a community outreach (park cleanups, food drive,etc ) program and played on varsity basketball since 8th grade and was team captain as a sophomore... I just hope the academy takes me for class of 2026 😣
Same. Like I am still taking 4 APs this year but my GPA got hit hard cause of covid. Like teachers don't teach in the first place, and now we have less time to learn material?? I have an average act score. Like there is nothing that makes me stand out.
What camera do you use to film your videos? I got accepted to both USAFA and USNA and I’d really like to vlog/tape my journey. I enjoy your videos so much and I’d love to do the same as well!
They issue socks out and everyone has to standardize and wear the same socks during basic, so you can bring socks(just neutral colors) but you most likely won’t wear them, I would say put them in your second bag.

I use a canon eos m50! That’s so cool! You should definitely Vlog the journey, it’s been super fun :)
