      Codell Gayden We do not have a step by step video for the middle buckets however we do have several videos that show the installation process. The process concept is the same through out most installations however the anatomy is specific to each vehicle. If you have any questions about installation though, feel free to email sales@leatherseats.com.

    One more thing. The fabric rubbing the hinge after install will need to be stapled along the rub area then cover the staples with slick tape. This is how the original keeps from rubbing.

    I'm wanting to buy a pneumatic stapler to do this job. In a previous question about staple length you said to use 1/4 inch. All of the staplers I see use 1/2 in. to 1 1/2 in. staples in length. Any suggestions??? Thank you!

    • @LeatherSeats
      @LeatherSeats  6 лет назад +1

      Traci M I just did a quick search on Amazon and found a few options for the 1/4in at a great price. You may want to also add the term "upholstery" in the search with "pneumatic stapler" as that might open up a few more options. Hopefully this helps, best of luck on the install! Will a manual staple gun work or do I need an air staple gun?

    • @LeatherSeats
      @LeatherSeats  7 лет назад +1

      +Dennis Riccio You probably shouldn't use a hand or electric stapler on a project like this. A pneumatic upholstery stapler will get you the most accurate placement and fitment. You can pick them up on Amazon for relatively cheap and it will well worth it.

    • @LeatherSeats
      @LeatherSeats  5 лет назад

      BRIAN THOMPSON We used 1/4" staples which are just short enough to hold but not go all the way through. If you would feel comfortable using a slightly shorter staple that should be fine as well. It's all about measuring and using a staple length that can hold the leather in place.
