A Black suspect was caught on camera kidnapping a white toddler who was later found dead with multiple stab wounds and cops only know what else. Something definitely isn't right. Could have been a neighbor that targeted the child and kidnapped him from his house in the middle of the night and the parents were still asleep not yet knowing the child was missing.
