이번주 신청곡은 Kansas 의 명곡 'Dust in the wind' 입니다.
1977년 발표곡으로 아주 오래된 노래지만 도입부의
아름다운 기타 선율을 들어보면 누구든 떠올릴 수 있는 곡이죠.
사실 Kansas 는 프로그래시브 록을 구사하며
다른 음악들은 이 곡과 매우 다른 분위기를
가집니다.
팀에게 가장 큰 인기를 가져다 준 곡이 음악적 색깔에서
가장 동떨어져 있다는게 아이러니 하죠.
그 한곡이 오랜 세월이 지난 지금까지 기억되고 있다는건
어쨋든 정말 행복한 일이 아닐까 싶습니다.
