Very helpful, I'm 66, still doing marathons and playing a lot of hockey. I found that I whacked my knee on a ladder (really hurt then) thought it would go away. But it started getting worse. Does not lack but causes a bakers cyst and when this breaks it really, really hurts! Muscle cramps and so on. Great video, explains a lot.

I just tore or damaged my inner meniscus on my right leg coming down some stairs 3 weeks ago. Then re injured it this last weekend. Painful, no full movement and swelling. Went to family doctor. Right now taking steriods pack, ice pack and trying to do some leg exercises to help. So far not so good. Not sure what to do next. I'm 63.

I wish you would address the issue of meniscus tears from antibiotics. My knees were fine a year ago until I took the antibiotics Cipro and Flagyl. I have had trouble walking ever since.

Very helpful video, thanks! I've just become interested in the subject because my 120 lbs Bullmastiff ran into my knee, from the side.... top speed. 😂😢😅😢 I am 53
