The tip about having a neutral reaction after a point is very helpful. I always find myself apologizing or showing a negative reaction when I lose a point.

Bravo Sven! For me the first thing always to remember is that Padel is a team game. Not like tennis (singular) that's the usual mistake pepole do, trying to set an introverted concentration instead of am extoverted one. For that reason, first thing always to be remembered is not complaining, nor for mine nor for my partner mistakes. Always try to find something positive to share with the partner (example: when you make a technical mistake: "Oh it was a good tactic choice anyway, let's go on like this!). Then always try to get in touch with your partner's sight in every situation before and after the point by winking, encouraging or even smile or make some funny faces to unstress the moment when needed. In one word built chemistry. That comes always first for me. Daje!

I found my own way to remain me on focus: I have created a virtual padel space on my mind to train mental visualization and performance after&before the matches. That is the virtual padel court at what I visit durirng the game if I get some mistakes in order to found the most eficient solution. This is a confortable plece, like my padel home where I concentrate there my references, my arsenal of resourses, my main tactics, my solutions and help me so much to remain me concentrate on focus!!!

Great video, thanks! Definitely a few points to take home and share with my partner as well 😁 And I'd absolutely love to see more content like this, kinda subtle tips and personal experience, rather than strictly technical lessons 🙌

Thank you Sven. I know that I need to work more on my “respond neutral”. But as an asthmatic, the breathing thing is also key. Have a great week 😁

My ritual is to blow air on my hands. This dries out my hands and makes my grib better as an extra benefit ;)

I try to focus on watching the opponent who is about to play the ball. Too often I forget to watch and assume I know what's going to happen, instead of keep watching and then reacting to what actually did happen. Bamos!

my colleague give me this..".if You are angry, stress (after bad shot)...etc. start read what is on Your Padel racket " (is always, brand, control!!, power, some technologies and bla, bla, bla)...You change focus on words like control, or start thinking what is mean (technology example hybrid, 3D etc.) and You will have less focus on bad moment earlier. Means You need to change focus on something different for a moment.

Often when stressed, I focus too much on the ball, but to read the play you need to see the opponent. You need to get away from that dreadful tunnel vision...
