I find that the most difficult thing is helping to motivate my team mate when it's going south. He tends to be very negative and I find it difficult to break that mood into something positive.

Yes, you have to get back to the gameplan. And ask him questions about what you both should do to change that.

You will always get **** matches, you will get a lot more. Its important to recognize the “problem” as fast as possible. So you can get out of the situation asap

Another fantastic video Sven. Are you sure that you didn’t look inside my head? 😂 I am playing in an hours time and I will try to incorporate some of your ideas. Also I love those little interactions between you and your girlfriend, the look on her face when you started the joke was priceless. Keep it up mi amigo 👍🏻👍🏻

The score, during the game show the eficiency of the performance: if you are producing the tactic but you are loosing the points you might consider if the reason is being other than the tactic or not. 30/30 its a critical score when the game finish in an golden point

These videos you in particular do about the psychological and "meta" aspects of the game are fantastic, thorough and presented with charisma as i don't see anywhere else. In fact, i feel they help/coach me beyond just the sport but also with my anxiety in general in life. It's a winning card you have, congratulations and thanks a lot!

Another point for me was that I was way too hard for myself. A trick I learnt was to talk to yourself as if you were talking to someone else (which in most cases is way softer). So instead of 'idiot, how can you be this bad', your shotchoice was good, next time you will make it. Helped me a lot.
    Btw nice video!

Dude : what are you doing when you say "avoid negative visualization" (:)))) ? You are provoking negative visualisation !
Dont think about a blue bear...
Rephrase your don't in do's, coaching communication 101.
    awesome vid though. :)
