After years of playing we stilt always lose at net. Instructors say use racket more like a lollipop perpendicular to forearm for net shots (and bandeja) but this feels wrong and results in misses. When opponent hits it super hard at you and you do an emergency block the ball either goes out or bounces too close to net allowing them an easy return. We never seem to get given nice slow easy shots when at net

Sven I have a bandeja question if u play on the right side. Someone told me if the lob is short, u can hit a good bandeja cross court with slice. But if the lob is further and I have to walk back alot more I should not do the bandeja cross court but parralel as its easier to hit. And this is not the case if u play on the left side. Is there some truth in that? :D

Hi amigo! You already took the first step. It can be a lot of things to be honest, I am not sure if I can solve it. But what would mean being fully prepared for you? If you can identify that, you can start creating a habit before a match that helps you to be fully prepared.

Yes, mostly its the ball you played before that. If that one is too easy. You will be under pressure for ever

No thats not correct🤣 I would not recommend that. Cross court is way safer. You could play straight if you are closer to the net
