Tip 6, make them turn - does it matter if you play on the left of right foot of the defender? I recall a video where playing on someone's left foot made it harder for them

Play on the inside foot. Left foot for right sided player: ride foot for the left sided player

What do you do against high lobs? When I try to play a bandeja on a high lob - even if I am not too far from the net - it's very hard to not put it in de net.
