- A 15 mm representation of the French forces during the hundred years war. The battle of Crecy and Poitiers. The figures are from a balance of manufactures including Bluemoon, Peter pig, Mirlington etc. 15 mm army used for hail Caesar or other rule sets that portray the middle ages.

Fabulous army. Congratulations on a splendid job, the hand painted flags and livery really take it to the next level. My admiration for what you've achieved is absolutely off the scale.
Thanks Simon. This army was an undertaking. The project lasted over year and a half. Maybe two actually. The mounted knights took so long. The other foot knights etc I did relatively quick. It’s in my video 100 year war preparing. Thank you for your kind words. It helps me to keep going.
A very impressive army. I love the colours in it. Shows how many lords got together in times of need.
Thank you very much there was also so many more I could’ve painted literally hundreds but I just took the ones that I felt maybe I could paint, and that were real big personalities. And I’m glad you liked it
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 Looking really good. Slowly working on my 15mm medieval/fantasy army
Homer Simpson '' Im of to fight the English in Flanders...damn Flanders ''
Those hand painted shields are spectacular
Thank you. It was over a year in the making
Great looking army Kevin! Watching your videos always inspire me to go home and paint😀
That’s a great comment. Thank you very much. I’m home painting now 😂😂
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 I finally downloaded some pics I took at Historicon 2019. When I get home this evening I will share them with you. Have some on my phone from 2022 that I need to download as well.
I’d like that
Absolutely splendid.
Just beautiful! I hope my effort will even half as nice. Thanks for your suggestions
If you need help just ask
Blimey, brilliant work.❤
Yeah, that was a hard one to paint and a real slog but in the end I was very happy I did it. Thank you for checking it out.
Stunning work, congrats! 🙂
Thank you. It was a long project and rewarding. I’m taking a couple weeks off now 😂😂
looks cool very nice work!
Thank you so very much. It was a labor of love. Now I’m taking a break 😂😎
Inspiring stuff!
Thank you. It was the hardest I’ve done. But rewarding
Super looking army Richard, well done sir! I noticed several cheeky figures making off with captured pigs! 😊
They are my favorite. Peter pig figures. Go figure 😂😂
JUST WONDERFUL !!!
You are a great artist
Thank you. I work hard at it
Thank you again
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53
Certainly you work a lot and very hard. I just can paint one army per year, and you paint an army per week, and with a lot of talent!!!
Thank you for your posts.
I’m not sure how I do it but I get three full armies put together from scratch a year. Now I’m not doing that so much but going back to armies I painted 10-15 years ago and rebasing, touching up, adding missing pieces etc. this has been fun and nostalgic to the day the least. Sometimes I buy really nasty armies from people and totally refurbish them. This is fun as well. My next army is that of Eugene of Savoy.
I like this
You and I have something in common. So do I 😂😂
"Montjoie, que voilà une bien belle armée mon ami, bravo!!"👍👍👍👍
Vielen Dank! Ich bin froh das du es schön findest mein lieber Französischer Freund 😂😎
🥳🥳😂
In all seriousness the French always have style!! 🤩
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 🙏🙏🙏🙏😉😉
Kevin, absolutely stunning and well represented! Can’t imagine the man hours on this one.
Thank you for sharing, true eye candy my friend!
Wow soon you’ll get to come over and play with them
I'm thinking of taking up this hobby. I'm in love with your Bronze age minis. Hopefully it's feasible for me since my country doesn't allow for freedom of imports; too many taxes, regulations and an artificial exchange rate.
Where do you live? Might have some ideas for you
@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 Argentina. I'm thinking of having minis 3D printed upon request; I don't know to what extent that is possible or practical.
I'm open to any and all ideas and I thank you for your reply. Keep up the channel, don't let the WH40k crowd take over the miniature hobby!!!!!!!!!!
@@templar976 hola 😎 shipping miniatures these days specially metal is really difficult and extremely expensive. I would probably go the route of 3-D printing especially finding somebody in Argentina who can do that for you. I am not 100% aware of companies offering it printed files for the Bronze Age. Let me do some research. I did buy a printed army that was more of a medieval Russian army which I’m quite excited about painting. Predominantly the fantasy world dominates the printing. You can get dwarves, elves, imperial armies and things like these very easily. But historically accurate miniatures I’m not quite sure. But let me do my homework and I will come back to you.

No hurries, let me know should you happen to find anything. I don't think shipping may be an option; I'll get in touch with a local 3D manufacturer to see if they can offer me anything historical.
Warprinter has 15mm carthaginians, Gauls Germans and Roman’s. These can be 3d printed I’ll find mire
Excellent Army. How do you store you armies?
Actually I made a video of my hobby room that’s on my channel that way you can see it but they are in the sterile light boxes which are very convenient and then locked into shelves secured. But sterilized makes some nice boxes and the sizes are perfect for an army. I hope you liked the army as well
