    Actually you're looking really good . Many times we see the strongmen look unhealthy after all their competitions due to they just want to give themselves a break and think they'll trim up later . You really give proper strength training a good name by continuing to take care of yourself . A credit to your sport and yes , i watched the true deadlifting world record holder break the 500kg barrier , 501kg will stand a lot longer i guarantee it . You could have done 20 or 30 more kg i bet that day .

    Really impressed with the skipping and the footwork, jab and move find an open spot and open up with combos, when Eddie is too much back up and away and keep those hands up when needed.
    Rules for deadlifting;
    1)Correct feet positioning
    2)The right grip and hand placement on the bar.
    3)Always fart before a lift, not during, otherwise you run the risk of touching cloth or even the floor.

      @GODOFHELLFIRE3 3 года назад +9

      @RaozSkillz Oh yeah, Eddie lifted that shit like a broomstick! He COULD have lifted more ... but he didn't. The record is for 'heaviest axel pressed overhead' - not 'heaviest axel that someone reckons they could have pressed overhead, several years ago, if they'd really gone for it'. That's the point that people are missing.
      It's like when Eddie said how he could have pulled a 550kg deadlift 'if he'd actually cared' - until he does it, that's all empty words. He's just saving face - and it's that kind of vain refusal to admit defeat that makes it very difficult for me to like him.

      @@theshnock4742 eddie had a full public campaign when thor announced he was going to try and break the DL WR saying icelandics are untrustworthy and belittled all of thors achievements, said his family were yes men and hes got a big ego.
      And he refused to recognise it and downplayed thors record attempt months before it happened. Thor never mentioned eddie when he starting training for the DL and thor has many records including the elephant bar deadlift record so going for another WR isn't strange or targetted per se
      Eddie always brings up Thor's complaints at 2017 wsm, but this was when thor podiumed for the 6th time at WSM, by 1 point and now 1 rep and in the heat of competition. Eddie made all his statements in retirement, out of competition, of his own accord, without being mentioned by thor.
      So in my eyes, it was eddie that caused the whole thing

      @@benextinction__144 agreed and well said. Eddie also said in Q&A long ago he could beat thor in a fight. He started this drama simply because of his ego
