He’s an interesting dude for sure. Obviously at 86, he’s likely above average in every cognitive metric and physical metric that I can think of. And Mark, you do a good job in the interview! Thanks for sharing this.
@@everymanhasastorythanks for this video. I was very healthy until 63 but then was injured in an accident. Still cannot walk as before. Happy for him that he is fit and healthy but after 80, statistics are against him. I hope he continues to beat the stats.

Even though he's quit running for 20 yrs, looks like he has benefited a lot from previous running history. He looks like a decent fellow, I just hope my people do not disappoint him in his decision of moving here.
I like your videos. Don’t get me wrong. But I find you jump in too much and interrupt way too often. Especially, just when your guest is starting to open up. I suggest you allow them time to talk., especially when they are opening up. Just my two bits.

Gold, cars, guns in about that order are the only things anybody is interested in when it comes to the estate of an older relative who dies. Ask an executor and they'll tell you more or less the same thing - most of your stuff just really isn't worth a whole lot to someone else.

Herein lies the problem with the USA- as an Australian, the idea of giving a gun to someone ( let alone your grandchildren) would be viewed as a complete “ No No”. In fact , the idea of anyone owning a gun is viewed very dimly. In Australia I do not know one person who owns a gun. Until this ‘ fascination’ with guns is removed, the shootings etc will just keep coming!

The great thing about the Philippines is they LOVE GUNS. They have a huge black market firearms manufacturing and distribution system. It's easy to pick up some precision sports equipment.
The next time you interview him ask him what kind of supplements and vitamins he takes.. also ask him about his diet.. does he have a RUclips channel? great guy and great interview.. thanks 👍👍
