Nuts alone are loaded with fiber and protein. They fill you up quick. Water is a great thing to add to diet. Water helps body aid in digestion and flush out toxins
Nuts might be great but not for everyone like everything else in life. I get serious boating and digestions problems from most nuts and seeds. So for me they're not working.

Without wasting them you can feed a dog or cat also by mixing the boiled yolk into a half bowl of rice and feed one , but just take precautions when feeding them😊 , keep them at a distance in some paper or big leaf and not in middle of group of them.

My diet usually lasts for about two weeks solid until its the week before my monthly then i crave chocolate and sweet treats so much,dont know how to stop the crazy crave

Buy one chocolate keto protein ball (they’re huge) and promise yourself you can have it after a big protein packed dinner. I’ve lost 37.5. lbs in 11 weeks. I also love avalanche sugar free hot chocolate for my chocolate cravings
She did enough, you are just lazy. I will give you a clue about her diet. High protein, medium healthy fats and low carbs. You can google plenty info about it.
You've prioritized protein and fiber and reduced carbs and fat. Very effective diet to follow and stick to.
