Hi Carol! I so much enjoyed watching this video. I still love hearing fabric being torn. I don’t think I will ever get tired of hearing that sound. I so much love your fabric journals. I would really like to see what you do with them. And great job on that blanket stitch! You go girl!!! 😀❤️😀
Will do!! Just follow the cards at the end of the videos… I have taken a break from this book to do a wall hanging but I will be finishing it and all the pages 😁
Carol: yes, I would be interested in seeing the progress of these little books. I love the idea of taking it with you to work on. Just so much fun. Carol from California
By all means, share the creation of at least some of the pages in these books. Watching you stitch gets me motivated to do my own stitching. And thanks to you and Trish for the tutorial on starting the blanket stitch!
Thank you 😊 I am happy to hear you are motivated to stitch, Tricia told me and it still took me a while to figure it out lol, I’m on to bullion knots next they are so tricky for me !
@@RecraftedByCarol I tried bullion knots last year or so. Not for me! A different needle might help, but I found them too fiddly for my taste. Good luck!
Hi Carol: I love making needle books! Yours are turning out so cute. Last one I made was 2 3/4” x 2 3/4” when folded. I’m working on a bigger one, more like yours. This way I can make pockets and add my little scissors, needle threaders, etc. Will stay tuned for your next post. Thank you for sharing. 💜😎🇺🇸
I so enjoy watching your crafting videos. Your ability to carry on with 'mistakes' and make some fun along the way is such a cheerful process. I'm sure most of us are looking forward to seeing what you do with these cute little fabric books. Well, I know I am....... Great stitching. And such fun.
Thank you so much Tricia for the lovely comment and for watching, you have got to have some fun and I like to keep it real 😂 I’ll be sure to show you how they progress !
Just started watching you. Thanks for teaching. Im new at making fabrics books and I'm wondering how easy is it to decorate your pages first and then sew them in?
