I am using this technique for daily shoulder workout and really it works,just make sure after your regular workout at the end pickup the light weight dumbbells and aim for highest reps possible trust me it makes muscle sore to level where you can't even lift you arm or shoulder for atleast 5min!
Gourav bhai u are absolutely right. this technique has worked for me.. Actually I had very small delts and tried everything to grow it...but when I tried this technique on my delts using side laterals raises it has really worked for me.. I am now very happy with the growth and development.... After watching this video I am going to try this on my traps and calf muscle and will be updating you soon on my development.....

Believe me or not he is amazing... Main pehle 12-10-8 reps marta tha jyada weight se, but mujhe koi khas result nhi mil raha tha.. Honestly bolu inta strict diet plan, rest, gym me 100% de raha tha.. Result nhi milne ka Karan main demotivated ho gaya tha, phir main khud se workout program banaya, 5 sets 25 reps with moderate weight.. Believe me guys within 8 months mera fat % 17 se 9% ho gaya, n sabse shocking baat yeh hai ki mera weight tha 76 kg but after 8 months mera weight tha 79 kg.. Means main sirf fat lose kia n muscle gain.. Hope mera yeh comment padke kisika help ho jaye.. Jai shree ram

Also in DTP you have to do 50,40,30,20,10 then you'll have to choose the weight with which you performed 30 reps then you'll have to do 10 reps with that weight then rest 10 seconds then 20 reps then rest 20 seconds then 30 reps then rest 30 seconds then continue that up to 50
