Any reason you use such high lb test for bfs? .8 is around 16lb. That's high for regular inshore saltwater i do though I am using some that high (non finesse) and even 1 because it was what was easy to find cheap on Ali. Since found some. .2. For bass and pan fish I'd never use more than 8-10 usually 6 or less if I can find in braid
@dbbfishing2528 I haven't had luck posting links yt deleted One of them is "SOLOKING 150M Super Thin Micro Fly 8 Strand PE Braided Line 0.2# 0.4# 0.6# Carp Trout Line Smooth Fishing Line" I think this was the one where the .4 is labeled .6 on the spool and unsure what it actually is though it's very thin and nice but the .2 is nice For me it's .99 right now and sometimes it's 1.50ish Price periodically goes up then it goes back on decent sale.
This was the other one "Micro THINNER Fishing Lines 100m 150m MT8 4 Strands Braided PE Japan Monofilament Fishing Line Set Carp Fly Fishing Wire" (leydun) I got it for 1.79 and it's periodically been less - The line is really an issue for pricing - right now the Soloking Micro I mentioned 1st is .99 in the app but 6 and 7 something on website via browser. This Leydun one says it's 4 carrier but feels much better though it's so thin it's hard to really tell and haven't used this or magnified to look at yet. I have wrapped both around my bare fingers and tried to break a little w/ no breakage though didn't try hard and haven't tried a scale yet. I would prefer this in pink but it's only available in the fluorescent green every time I look.
@@L0st-n0found thanks! I’ve tried the Micro Thinner and liked it, I haven’t tried the SOLOKING one yet (I don’t know why it has popped up when actually looking for Soloking) but I’m going to order some right now. I appreciate your input and I’m always looking for different line to try out!
thanks tryin it
Let me know how it works for you!
You make that look easy! Thanks for sharing with us!
Thanks brother!
I’m going to have to try and spool a reel like that
I do all of my reels like this. It just makes it easier and less annoying so I don’t have to worry about it.

Usually I use .4 or .6 but this is for my power BFS pitching setup. What line did you find on AliExpress on the cheap that is good
