wow, this space is LEGENDARY and has been for decades. even a 30 minute video wasn't enough.
Vincente loft is the soundtrack of his life. Also, I loved his vulnerability in his stories. Soulful, relevant, beautiful.

I love how humble, grateful, handsome and thoughtful this gentle-man is. And I love his décor! The plants are especially amazing coming from someone that always lived in houses with cared-for gardens to a one bedroom concrete block (me!) as I became older. I can so relate to him saying, "if you don't love it, why have it?' I wish my siblings understood as they seem to feel they will be burdened with my treasures "in the end". He's seems such a beautiful man and knows all about being a care-taker. I can remember admiring spreads in AD with his work. Thank you for letting us get to know him better.

i have enjoyed every moment of this story, he makes you think, the different chairs, (I have one too many chairs so I understand that) )the simplicity and layout of the furniture, even the plants feel like a piece of sculpture, the white walls and floor amd at the end of the day the light that eluminate the space, I could and would live in this home. Thank for bring us into his home.

Love it! We Cubans carry so much in our hearts. I’m always fascinated by my fellow Cubans’ stories, specially those who don’t follow the “traditional” path, and leave Miami. Lovely loft and great stories. Loved the many chairs and Buddha hands/feet.

I’ve loved Vincente Wolf’s design work for years, and this is delightful to get to see his home! He is such an elegant and erudite individual, and yet also so humble and down to earth. I love his collections; the photographs, the paintings, the plants, the picture ledges. The broken Buddhas are so beautiful they make me swoon! I’m going to get his book now.
Geez, have I done a complete 360 turn around; a view of Vicente who “speaks” changed me into an unequivocal admirer! Always his photo mag layouts left me a bit chilled and non-committed, but the man in person totally captivates and now I see the light! Thank you, Homeworthy, for this video share, otherwise I would have missed the whole of the man and his particular eye to design.
I remember cracking open an issue of AD as a younger girl, and being mesmerized by the article about Mr Wolf. Something in me connected on every level with his style. He was responsible for my journey and interest in design with out me even realizing it at the time. I didn’t know his story, but it makes me appreciate him even more. He is amazing on so many levels and and displays a rare vulnerability that is so refreshing.

This is such a beautiful home. There is so much in the space but it doesn’t look cluttered. It feels like walking through a museum with so many beautiful things to look at. The homeowner has a calm that definitely translates into the calmness of his home.
For being almost 80, he looks great. His apartment is really cool.

Fascinating! Now that I've seen the curated version of the place where Vincente Wolf lives - I'm dying to see his 'real home'. Serene and tightly controlled is how I would describe this industrial loft interior design. Unique to a strong personality and world traveler. I particularly like the vignettes he has created incl the way he so carefully showcased his plants. I resonate with his stance that it is time to stop collecting - thanks for an interesting home tour. Although it left me strangely undsatisfied because I feel that I barely got a glimpse of a very private man who gave us a lovely presentation. Great job Homeworthy.

Very interesting interview. I agree on what Mr. Wolf says about opportunities in NYC. I love his healthy and beautiful collection of plants and his collections of objects and art. His is a great success story based on his wanting to succeed. I'm glad his cute cat appeared, however briefly.

Gosh. I learned something from watching Mr. Vincent Wolfs: “His loft is the place where he lives and his home is in Montak.” He is correct when he mentioned that there is no other places like New York to live in if a “ person has a talent, a skill that is good at NYC is the correct place to be in. Good teachable presentation.
His space seems to bring him so much joy. Lovely!
I'm not a modernist or industrialist in decor taste ( I like the old creaky stuff best) but I can appreciate the thought behind his design.

I love the bathroom and shower with the light coming through. I've never seen anything like that. You must be an Aquarian ...so innovative.
It's been done before. Years ago, a friend who lived in a tiny flat had a bathroom installed under the stairs that led to his loft sleeping space. He had the walls and the door done in frosted glass to let in the light as there was no window. A tight squeeze but it did not feel like a cave.

He gets great light in this space and it's filled with great individual pieces of art and furniture, but It looks and feels more like a furniture store than an interesting, cohesive space.

This space is perfection. Very inspiring!
The most important part for me was when he said that this wonderful loft was not considered his home and that the plants and photographies were the soul of the place, although filled with amazing objects, he also described as things that come and go. A great prove to ourselves that life and happiness itself can be well lived and achieved with much more simplicity and imaterial things. Fascinating. Love love love.❤
