- Welcome to Chateau Garrow! On today’s episode of Homeworthy, we’re taking you to Paris, France where you'll meet New York City-based interior designer Garrow Kedigian. A classicist and lover of symmetry, Garrow transformed his fabulous pied-à-terre by playing into its grandeur architectural details. High ceilings, original chevron floors and structural uniformity are thoughtfully offset with the incorporation of fun, whimsy decor and an eccentric mix of furnishings. I fell in love with Garrow when you first presented his apartment at the Carlyle hotel in New York. It was strikingly different than what most designers were doing. And this, this is breathtakingly beautiful. I think Garrow is absolutely the best designer Homeworthy has ever brought to us. But what is most enchanting about him is his personality. He is charming and down to earth. I can't imagine anyone not feeling at home and relaxed with him. Thank you Homeworthy and thank you Garrow for sharing your talent and your beautiful personality with us !

It’s funny he says at the 20 minute mark “it’s all about the pretty”. That’s been my motto for my life. It really is about surrounding yourself with the pretty because it brings a sense of peace.
I am amazed and fascinated with his color selections for walls, ceilings, and trim. I cannot image how beautiful they must be when you actually see them in real life.
Yes his color schemes are outstanding. And the attention to detail-perfection! His moldings, lamps layering and choice of fabrics are impeccable!
I haven’t even finished the episode! I just had to say that Garrow is the most talented and exquisite guest you have had in your channel, and I can say that I have watched all your episodes, more than once! This is by far the most inspiring! Perfection! Bravo!

I would love to see them all . Any published Interior Design books featuring his work ? Garrow is adorable , delightful , and charming .

What's (almost) not to love. I tend to love English maximalist eclectic decor over French, but this is just enough of both. Black and brass/gold are my two favorite design elements, and he has enough of both to make my mouth water. Exquisite apartment and superb designer.

i just love this guy :) loved him from your new york video and loving him even more here! the color combo in his grand salon - the red and black with the built in bookcases and the mustard sofas and the red marble coffee table... i could go on and on. oh my god. stunning. every detail is so iconic and harmonic but full of tension and drama. oh my god. those built in bookcases are INSANE. absolutely stunning. You always find the most beautiful homes to showcase on Homeworthy - but also you find the most amazing PEOPLE. This guy is precious, even without his exquisite taste and design talents - i just want to be his friend. he has the cutest smile and little giggle showing us his favorite things. absolutely precious soul!
So many wonderous objects. The Paul Revere chandelier is simple yet handsome. The duck mirror is a surprise as is the teal-blue ceiling. Plus I love the bedroom pillow fabrics! Ohh la la.
From his place in Montreal, NYC and Paris there is such brilliance of design and it is never boring or safe.

Seriously, when I think of the absolute elite in the home design field - I think only of Garrow. In my opinion, his work is the crème de la crème of the design being produced today. He never ceases to enthrall me - and his interiors deliver everything one could hope for: Luxury, originality, approachability, comfort ...they are feasts for the eyes and food for the soul. Each time I see a container of white sharpened pencils in his abode, I smile - as I’m reminded this is a man with a fertile mind whose ingenuity knows no bounds.
(sigh) How I wish more of his clients were amenable to showing off the results of their collaborations with him. I’m a rather private person and appreciate why they might not open their homes for video recording ...but can’t help feeling his light ought be allowed to shine the greatest breadth possible. 🌞

I really admire him. I watched the NY apartment a couple of times, it was so inspiring and also encouraging for me. When I designed our apartment a year ago, I decided to paint the walls of the our small and dark entry to dark blue. It was a bold choice and everyone seems to like it.

I always have passion on house interior decorations, although i am in Financial industry now couldnt related at all ,i love this Parisian apartment how he set and lay out his rooms, he have a very pleasant personality ,for me its not only a room tour but also a good decor lesson .he explained every detail if he wrote a book about interior decor i would love to have it.
