4:14 one correction; you can't have buttermilk or coconut water. Only zero calorie drinks like black tea, black coffee, green tea and plain water. Milk and nutrients in coconut water will break your fast. Don't compromise your efforts with such small mistakes. Good luck to everyone!

doing Intermittent fasting from a year
have lost 10 kgs and still maintained the current weight and gained muscle mass with protein rich diet and 16:8 fasting
and to be honest it have become lifestyle no cravings nothings

I was 108, now I am 75,with no loose skin... And I eat everything... Everyday 15 to 16hrs...5days in a week brisk walking, if possible jog... Do atleast 40 suryanakmaskars and 40 dips along with squat stand crunches...so that weight loss won't make your skin loose...

@@ramanjeetkaur9950 diet में कोई भी changes करेंगे, वो आप हमेशा फॉलो नहीं कर पाएंगे...इसीलिए जो भी खा रहे है वहीं खाते रहे...start with intermittent fasting, but gradually...10hrs for 10 days, 12hrs for 10 days, 14hrs for again 10days and then 16hrs everyday... I have been following intermittent fasting since last 3yrs...alongwith start doing atleast 40syryanamaskar in two sets stating with 2 or 5suryanamaskars...40dips, squats, crunches, plank and crunches.... Start with small numbers and then graduate to 40 or more in atleast 2sets (20 in one set)...this will prevent loose skin...initially IF will be difficult, but in 15days you will get used to it...
और fast crash course ना करें, आप एक दिन में heavy नहीं हुए है, तो इसीलिए अपनी बॉडी को वक़्त दे, ताकि वो अपनी सही speed se weight loss करें...
