    Intermittent fasting actually Jain ka life style hai.Naam abhi de diya hai usko.Hum jain log 5 baje ke baad khaatein hi nahi.dusre din bhi navkaasi bhi kartein hai.Toh yeh actually jain tradition hai.

    I had Asthama for more than 15 yrs (known) but was suffering/ seen some symptoms since childhood.       Mai v 6 months se 16 hour fasting kar hu aur benefit v bahut h pr kuch elopathy doctors ne mughe dara diye ki sab kuch kharab ho jayega ,mughe tension ho rahe h plz mughe bataye ki ye kab tak karna chhahiye aisa koi rule h ya life time kr sakte h bina kisi side effect ke. Plz reply

    Maam IF karte samay , non eating window me milk le sakte hai kya?
    Milk to sone se half an hours pehle karna hota h aur ratri bhoja aur sone ke bich me 2-3 hrs ka gap hona chahiye na
