hi, i have an issue with an navigation system like the video, i bought by ebay and only blink the anti theft light , screen doesnt turn on, and when the radio is connected my remote controller doesnt works. Do you have any idea what can be?

Make sure all fuses related to your radio are good. If all good then the unit that you bought is bad.

@Trey Zachariah unfortunately no they want $500 to send back to them and have a refurbished one sent even though was an obvious issue in this year model..

Back up camera won't work either. But it still connects to the Bluetooth and is working. You can hear it if you hit buttons on the screen. I used the book to guess where at and hooked up my daughter's phone again because I tried to reboot the entire thing to see if that would help and it deleted previously saved phones etc.
