    ◆Ingredients材料◆
    300g Chives 韭菜
    30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
    3 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
    1 tbsp Sugar 白糖
    1 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
    1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    ½ tsp Salt 盐(自行调整)
    ¼ tsp Baking Soda 食用苏打(可不用)
    ◆ Batter 面糊 ◆
    80g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    90g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
    30g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    200ml Hot Boiled Water 沸水
    120ml Room Temperature Water 室温水
    *Dash Of Corn Starch 玉米淀粉适量
    *Dash Of Cooking Oil 食用油适量
    ★ Dipping Sauce 蘸酱 ★
    Dash Of Thai Chili Sauce 泰式辣椒酱适量
    Dash Of Ketchup 番茄酱适量
