＊1 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
200g Shrimps 鲜虾
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic 蒜末
1 tsp Chopped Ginger 姜末
¼ tsp Black Pepper 黑胡椒
1 tsp Fish Sauce 鱼露
1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Sugar 白糖
1 tbsp Cooking Wine 料酒
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
2 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
Dash Of Salt 盐适量
Spring Roll Pastry 春卷皮
★Cooking Oil For Frying 煎饼油适量

去上班时，午餐有时想换换味口，我会去买两塊韭菜饼当午餐，里面的馅料没这么丰富，只是韭菜炒鸡蛋而以，通常攤位会放韭菜盒这字眼，简简单单的，还蛮贵的，我会买两个当午餐。
今天见到老师教的这道佳肴，好开心，往后我想吃时就自己做来吃，跟着老师教的步骤做，肯定行，且一点都不难做👍👍👍
