200g Plain Flour 普通面粉
1 Tbsp Rice Flour 粘米粉
400ml Water 清水
1 Tsp Sugar 白糖
½ Tsp Salt 盐
¼ Tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
100g Chives 韭菜
Anchovies 江鱼子适量
Dash Of Oil 油适量

instead of anchovy , i add the dried shrimps. My mom used to make this for us when we are young, It taste very good especially when hot from the pan. Love it!
