Worth noting that its probably best to still use frostfang weapons for the quest that starts him in ice mode, if you wanna farm him again for weapons, and the event quest is on the ice mode day. Just start out with your best raw weapon, does as much damage as possible, but do not attack his head while in dragon form, so that he changes to fire mode. lads. get your favourite weapon and deal as much damage as possible, screw elemental damage. there is no room for mistakes, the thing about alatreon is that its not your gear that sucks, its you. you will die during its ultimates. but thats ok. if you deal enough damage you can kill it before the third ultimate. good luck.
The average player is not gonna be busting Alatreon with a raw build within 18 minutes when it's likely not gonna be anywhere near as optimised if the whole point is they haven't rotten any of the siege stuff, and have likely not been fully grinding the GL and have just gone straight into Alatreon without wanting to get much more than 50MR Getting the frostfang weapons takes like 30 minutes, and you can use this weapon to basically get 12 free minutes of attacking Alatreon, because even without crit element, you can easily topple him. After that, you can very easily kill him with whatever before 30 minutes, which is when you'll have used your 3rd cart to escaton.
I decided to fight Alatreon with several different builds all with basic craftable gear. Last time I beat him with the beotodus charge blade, another time I beat him with the rathalos longsword with basic and easily craftable armor. I did it just to show that you don’t need overpowered gear, Safi armor or weapons, Fatalis armor or Kjarr weapons in order to beat him. What matters most is that you put the time in and hone your skills, the gear that you use is less important, you still need to put together a decent elemental set but at the end of the day you just have to learn the fight and git gud

@@TwiliteTA I mean, I was literally glued to him and he still did everything to move away and not present the openings in this guide but whatever. Just another guide with a Dragon that only seems to have half the health, damage or ai as in the game.
"almost anyone at MR 24 can make"

Every tutorial
Capcom is evil for making this. The clutch claw was already the start for making annoying combat changes to monsters. But this takes the cake.
decent elemental damage except the fact that the cb is weird 😅
Yeah easy armour set!!!!!!! Rimeguard @ where u get IT? Guiding land level 7!!!! I think it's not so easy mode plus u already fully augment the weapon
FUNGIFORM/ATTACK JEWEL 4!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?????? BRO THATS LIKE THE RAREST JEWEL IN THE GAME (12:19 btw)
Sorry about my last comment. I will try this build and update my comment. I only need to kill him once. Then I can and will SOS so people can help for speed kills.
Who’s playing in 2023
2024 here xd
@@RhasegonValerionTempest yea I still play it haha
@@cris.han0311 I learned all the Alatreon move sets but sometimes I break his element armour and others times not..
And I do the same.
I keep trying, his combat is very fair, the only thing I'm having problems is with the elemental amour.
I have a ice bow with 600 of element + extra critical element damage.
@@RhasegonValerionTempest I needed defeating him with ice fang barioth long sword. Took me for ever tough. You on ps?
2024 and rolliiiiing
He flys in the air wastes time and does not pause I think you should just say get good at this point
Hey twilite can I get a invite to your session please
I cant this guy calls alatreon easy... im on try number 29 with safi gear and kjarr ice augmented but i just keep losing 😃
Thx for the video ill try again in a month
Bro i fought this f*ck for 30min dude did 5 escatons and he still didnt die
so funny to get health regen on weapon u need to maker guilding lands coral lv 7 and kill arch tempered namielle hahaha wich is not easy ...hehe without health regen u wont be able to be offensive in alatreon run coz you would end up only healing the damage . So this altreon easy is not basicaly easy its hell grindy ...and after u grind soo much u wont need this build to kill alatreon .....
I would agree with you except getting the materials from Namielle in the guiding lands is extremely easy. There is no penalty for dying in the Guiding lands and you can get the materials without even killing it...
2024
...is it bad I felt alatreon was a complete joke? I don't even have safi gear, just full velkhana and frostfang barioth weapon.
This clown is lying when he said you can Alateron easily, I been struggling for days against that beast.
Still struggling 😭
lads. get your favourite weapon and deal as much damage as possible, screw elemental damage. there is no room for mistakes, the thing about alatreon is that its not your gear that sucks, its you. you will die during its ultimates. but thats ok. if you deal enough damage you can kill it before the third ultimate. good luck.
The average player is not gonna be busting Alatreon with a raw build within 18 minutes when it's likely not gonna be anywhere near as optimised if the whole point is they haven't rotten any of the siege stuff, and have likely not been fully grinding the GL and have just gone straight into Alatreon without wanting to get much more than 50MR
Getting the frostfang weapons takes like 30 minutes, and you can use this weapon to basically get 12 free minutes of attacking Alatreon, because even without crit element, you can easily topple him.
