I have cooked shrimp in my freezer (Costco) of course! For Shrimp Cocktail. Ron and I both love it! Can I substitute for that also? I'm thinking that I can, but I want your feedback.
Cooked shrimp in this case would not work. It would be difficult to get a paste out of cooked shrimp. Cooking the rest of the filling will make overcook the precooked shrimp making it chewy 🍸🍸

I assume you could use any mushroom. This would be great piled high on a portabella mushroom.
Portabella would be great. It just won't be a one-bite appetizer, but digging into the shrimp mixture with a fork and knife will be divine 🍸🍸

You can substitute breadcrumbs, but I would soak them in milk which provides moisture.
