1934 Ford Manufacturing Exposition - US Auto History

This film documents a short tour showing elements of the Ford exposition in 1934. Highlights include the complete assembly of a Ford flathead V8 engine, casting of aluminum cylinder heads, hardware production/testing, and electrical component winding processes. The Quadracycle is also shown along with Henry Ford's workshop. Raw materials are sourced, refined, and turned into auto components. The film concludes with an automobile tour of world history, the Detroit symphony, and some nice shots of the Rotunda building.
