Hi 😀 I actually didn't cook on Easter.....hmmm, I don't know if that has ever happened lol. I ended up having to have a surgery done on Good Friday (don't worry, I'm good to go now). It put me down for a couple of weeks but my Mama came into town to help out. She made an Easter feast. Lamb chops, twice baked potatoes, green beans, ham...I can't remember what else now. I ate a little piece of potato and went back to bed 🙁. Your dinner sounds really yummy! Did you end up making the hollandaise? Mom had mint jelly to go on the lamb here (my step-dad loves it). You know, that just gave me an idea. Why have I never made lamb with....what is that mint salad kind of topping condiment....shoot I can't think of the name. I keep thinking of Tabbouleh but that's parsley. It's like that but has a lot of mint. Hmmm, maybe I am thinking of Tabbouleh. Maybe I'll try rearranging that to make a minty condiment that isn't jelly to make it a little more modern. Great, now I'm craving lamb chops lol. Anyway, I hope that you had a great Easter! That sounds yummy 😋 I will definitely put it on the list....I'm kind of limited in my cooking right now. We are moving 😀 Time to get out of the big city. I'm not 100% sure where we are going to go yet but I'm ready to have some beaches near by lol. So we have our house up for sale and it's all staged and so forth. I had to pack away quite a bit of my kitchen 😭 I'm still going to be making videos and cooking though. I have a few that I filmed a while back, before the accident, that I never put up so I think I'll work on those first. I even have some videos from when the Covid quarantine was going on. They make me laugh now, quite a bit of wine went into the making of those videos lol.

Yes, definitely! You can dip strawberries, cherries or really any fruit that isn't too wet. So no chocolate dipped kiwis 😂 although that doesn't really sound terrible.
