    Lovely presentation, as always very informative and I really like the way you showed us the drive to the property. It gives you a good feel for the area. May I ask, what would this apartment rent for ? And does it come with a Garage or parking space ?

    • @VibeRealEstate
      @VibeRealEstate  2 года назад

      Thank you so much. The apartment will likely rent for somewhere in the range of USD 1,000-1,200 per month for a long-term tenant, and more for short-term renters. The property has a big shared parking lot, which can be used by owners or tenants.

    What is the downpayment in % in Rwanda? I would like to know? I am interested in buying a property. Does not have to be this one specifically.

    • @VibeRealEstate
      @VibeRealEstate  2 года назад +2

      The downpayment is not very standardized and varies by developer. We are happy to assist with that, please contact us on info@vibehouse.rw for more information.

    So how much would you make per month USD with this property and what’s the return of investment?

    • @VibeRealEstate
      @VibeRealEstate  2 года назад

      Typically, the ROI per annum is around 10-12 percent. So for this unit, you can get about 1,000 USD in rent per month. Please contact us on info@vibehouse.rw for more information.

      @@VibeRealEstate I was consider it but this is not a good investment if I’m buying it for 110,00 USD and the rental income is 1000 USD it will take me nearly 10 years to get my money back I could build 3 apartments with that kind of money or am I mistaken ?

    • @VibeRealEstate
      @VibeRealEstate  2 года назад +3

      @@yodatac9067 That is correct, it is about 10% return on investment. A 10-year repayment period is kind of the market standard in Rwanda. Building yourself can get you higher returns, but it is highly recommended to have some prior experience with building in Kigali, in order to make sure your investment works out.

      @@yodatac9067 as a Rwandan, this is honestly a poor investment choice. Like you mentioned you would rather use the money to build your own apartments. At 1000usd, these apartments are targeted at expatriates not the middle income Rwandese
