Its great to see that there are such high quality properties available in Rwanda. However, as an investment these are very high risk. All you have to do is look at the credit rating agencies assessment of Rwanda to see that property as an investment is over-rated. The prices being asked now are not sustainable and are in my humble opinion way over priced.
