Most of these properties are owned by Europeans not even white South Africans hence its been priced outside of what most locals can afford. But the most wealthiest people in South Africa are not in Cape Town they reside in Jo'Burg hence its called the most expensive square mile in Africa, some do have properties in Cape Town as holiday homes.

Hello from Canada. What do all of these neighbourhoods have in common? The answer may surprise you. It is "order". It is in human nature to be drawn to settlements that are cared-for, in the sense of being clean and aesthetic. Fortunately for the 99.9% of us humans who cannot afford the neighbourhoods that you have shared, we can create improved neighbourhoods in our own midst. All that is required is the will. The accessories to beauty do not cost so much - paint, a broom, some plants, nicely organized belongings, basic repairs, etc. To a surprising extent, this visual appeal is available to the "masses", if we would simply care for our own settings with greater attention to such considerations.

SA generally, and Cape Town in particular, has the BEST real estate on the entire continent. The quality, the greenery. South Africa may be regarded as the most unequal country in the world, when it comes to racial wealth distribution its structural inequality does not equal abject poverty. Henceforth,i emphasized the need for an inclusive coverage when it comes to property ownership in SA & the persisting historical dynamics which are determining factors. It is an undisputed fact they are 100% black owned housing all over SA. Black people in the mostly rural, under-developed & under-serviced own a vast land but they lack capital for infrastructural development in order to commercialise the land. My mentioning of the Limpopo province was mainly based on the remarkable rapid growth of how the communities transformed the rural settings to rival or supersede some areas in the urban cities. All those beautiful homes sitting right off the coast. Don't worry, when judgement comes those homes will be washed away with Yah's GREAT TSUNAMI.

Awesome review and stunning work presenting this.
Having come from Durban, stayed in Johannesburg and now reside in Cape Town, property here is out of the world in terms of pricing !😮
My choice money not an object - definitely llandudno. It is quiet, the houses are insane😢🎉and it has very chilled beach vibe. I visit there once every two weeks🤠

But can you also make content about the Southern Surburbs i.e Rondebosch, Rosebank, Mowbray, Woodstock, Newlands, Constantia, Claremont, Plumstead etc. It's actually not bad this side as well. Infact this side is called old money 🤭🤭🤭
