I know why Nickelodeon Japanese shut down in 2009, again in 2018, yet again in 2022, On September 30th, 2009, the same day that Nickelodeon internationally changed its logo and branding, Nick Japan went off the air due to declining viewership. What's been saved from Nick Japan are recordings of the channel, as well as Wayback captures of the Nick Japan website from around 2006.
