      Cheers for the Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Saankramer Revolution Life System (do a search on google)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for getting the success you deserve using goal setting management minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate at last got amazing results with it.

    Matt, what I love about your videos (and I mean this respectfully) is that your handwriting and page layouts are just practical and not overly artistic. For me planning/journaling is a very personal thing which can be easily humiliating if you over RUclips for research. Massive kudos mate, please keep the videos coming! 👍

      Totally! I get annoyed seeing other people’s super artistic BUJOs with fancy lettering. (Not really annoyed; just not my style or how I choose to use my BUJO.)

    Such an awesome video. This is exactly what I have been needing. You can never complete a goal blindfolded. This bullet form allows you to visualize and complete your goal. Thank you!

    Thank you for the breakdown on goal setting. Ive recently put together my goal setting planner and really had no idea how to use it functionally. I tend to lump all my goals in each quarter and feel disappointed in the end that i was not able to reach them. Ill try this method and go baby steps at a time without being overwhelmed. Thanks again and i just subscribed to your channel. :)

    Great video, thanks! I love that you use your own real examples, rather than made up, it's much more engaging. My first goal for 2020 is to overhaul our household finances, with mini goals of budgeting, estate planning, and creation of an investment portfolio. I've already done the planning for this using Ryder's 5-4-3-2-1 method (timeframe of 4 months), and a sprint plan, but will definitely give your planning system a go for the next goal once I'm finished this one.

    Hey Matt, I'm re-watching this as I head into my goal setting for Q4 of 2020. Just wanted to ask you wether that's still the system you deploy even though you moved into a planner instead of a blank bullet journal? Did you tweak that system in any relevant way? Or did the usage of the Full Focus Planner (if I remember correctly) inspire you to change something about the procedure?
    Best wishes!

    I find it really hard to estimate how long something will take and break it down into steps or individual tasks.

    • @MattRagland
      @MattRagland  4 года назад +1

      Thanks for sharing! That's pretty common, I did find the more I do try to estimate and plan the better I get at it and can plan better. The other way to make time is just to concentrate on the goal-related task no matter how long it takes - might be one block of time, might be several :)
