I do the same thing with fermented foods. I eat them daily but I eat more when constipated because I take a lot of medication and have a real problem with it.
raw juicing will help a lot too

What's mean misso? In frensh

Yay! Another cooking video
you're too funny and cute!
that looks good
it really is!
thanks
This looks so delicious. I'll try it tomorrow but first can you tell me the difference between the various types of miso?
Thanks.
Anj darker miso is more richer in flavor and lighter one is more mild in flavor 😀❤
Yin & Yang Living Well I've been back from the shops and I bought the white miso anyway. Also you used 700g (about 24 oz you said) of spinach. Was that just for one person, because we're 5 in the family and buying 3 1/2 kg spinach seems a pretty big handful!
white miso is fine. My recipe is like for 3-4. When you cook it the spinach shrinks a lot.
Yin & Yang Living Thanks. That's a great relief. I saw myself having to buy out the grocer's whole spinach stock!
Yin & Yang Living Hi Moon
I've cooked your spinach recipe twice. It was so delicious. The whole family loved it! Thanks.
Your kitchen is so cute

Yummy. I want this. What is miso?
fermented soy beans
I have some free blanched spinach sealed in my freezer. Can I use that or do I need to start with fresh spinach?
it will be too soggy. I would not use it.
Yin & Yang Living okay I will buy fresh thank you.
nice! how long will it keep in the refrigerator, please?
I would say no more than 5 days tops, but try ti finish in 3 days
@@yinandyangliving thank you
This recipe without miso paste is also delicious!! How I can purchase your T-shirts?? Thank you!
Yes, I have also eaten it without the miso!! Here's the link to the t-shirts: www.etsy.com/shop/yinandyangliving. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Can i store it in a fridge and keep it for a week or longer? Is it fine?
yes, a week might be OK cause of the miso
Thanks for the receipt. I like miso, in fact I am the kind of person who goes to a sushi pace at least as much for the miso soup as the fish.
I was also surprised when I found white miso in the local supermarket. You see I am Swedish and remember a time when you couldn’t even find tofu. I am just not sure if that miso could be pasteurized?
Now when commenting and we talk about fermented food I might as well add I have made kimchi. The receipt was from two Korean sister owning a restaurant. The problem was it was daikon kimchi. Kimchi is like a national symbol for Korea, right? And “daikon” is a Japanese word, right? So if I say “daikon kimchi” to a person who actually is from Korea, he/she will punch me in my face, right? :)
yes daikon is Japanese. Glad you made kimchi. I have a non-spicy vegan kimchi recipe coming out in a few weeks!
such a nice lady!
thank you.
I can't believe I've never tried to use my hands to drain out the water from my cooked spinach. It seems so obvious. Not sure about the miso with spinach - I like to just use garlic, olive oil, and feta cheese on my spinach and reserve the miso for tofu/tempeh. It's probably tasty though.
I love cheese but I do not eat any dairy
what kind of soy sauce. ? pls thanks
use whatever you have -- I have been using gluten free organic soy sauce, but use what you have.
thanks sooo much for reply. .appreciated
Using a colander to steam will prevent you having to drain and squeeze excess water.
Thanks! Here's a playlist of other healthy recipes! ruclips.net/p/PLCC88EC02C56BEE5F
would be good to precise that miso benefits can be obtained only through unpasteurized miso
yes, that is a good point as pasteurization can kill some microbes.
Did you use American or Asian spinach?
I bought spinach at Asian market, but I am not sure what the difference is. I did not use baby spinach if that's what you mean.
Is miso the same as hummus
no hummus is made with chick peas. Miso is fermented soy beans
Do you have any videos on eye wrinkles? How can we contact you?
Here's a video on wrinkles for face and neck --> ruclips.net/video/ZQK2GBjrE-A/видео.html
This is a good place to ask questions. Thank you and many blessings
Yin & Yang Living Thanks for the fast reply but I can't click on the link. Can you please guide me on how I can go to the video For the wrinkles..Thank you
just look up the video "Qigong to Prevent Wrinkles" under my Holistic Beauty playlist.
food tastes better when you use your hand to mix it
Angela Redona I agree cause love energy goes into the food 💚😊💜
i could no longer find your pad thai version and the thai beef curry :(
there was some issues with music so I had to take down. I will reshoot!
thanks ms moon :) looking forward to both recipe, also the pad thai substitute for the tamarind sauce :)
Is the spinach cold, warm????
Room temperature 😇
can someone with kidney disease eat kimchi.
I would eat the more non spicy kimchi 💚
thank you I'm going to try it😃
steaming seems better
Do what you like! Recipes are meant to be changed according to what you like
What's mean misso?
fermented soy beans
Wath is miso in English
fermented soy beans
CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO US....WHY KOREANS HAVE SO MANY SIDE CONDIMENTS BESIDE THE MAIN DISH ??? AND WHY SO MANY VEGGIE SIDE DISHES TO BE EATEN AT ONE TABLE SEATING ??? I FEEL VERY STRESSED WHICH ONE I SHOULD EAT FIRST AND HAVING TO FINISH ALL SIDE DISHES PROVED VERY DAUNTING TO ME !!!!!!
TELL US.....HOW KOREANS EAT THEIR FOOD AND WHY MIXTURE OF SO MANY FOOD AT ONE SEATING ????
They take a bite of rice and then take a bite of one of the side dishes or soup or stew, That is how to eat. If you can eat all of the food, then just eat what you can and like
Idk where I would get miso or kimchi :/
Lexii Mariee Asian markets or health foods stores like Whole Foods
Also you can get online
Are you crazy?
