I just noticed something very interesting: look closer to the alliance banner, it contains the hunam shield and banner, night elves arrows, gnome's wheels, dwarve's gryphons. The same for The Horde: Troll Shield.Tauren horns,but the Undead thing is missing or I didn;t noticed it...
to answer your question, the first half of the sound is the original "A Call To Arms" from Warcraft 3. When Blizz released WoW, they remade most of the songs for some reason. I also agree with your point, why fight over Horde or Alliance?? It's just a game!

This would do awesome in a movie. Where its all soft in the beginning they are gazing at Stormwind, then at the awesome part they are riding their horses through the city gates, through throngs of bustling people and guards. Awesome.
@diditanddone dwarves were in the battle of the last alliance... although in a small number (60 000 i think compared to 200 000 men and 200000 elfs) and were leaded by Durin IV.

The Horde is and always will be Bloodthirsy monsters. Even with Vol'Jin as leader, i dont think they will ever stop this war. even if Varian called off the whole thing.
Well, horde defeated Death Wing, a monter that was going to destroy the whole world, and you still call them monsters? Stereotypes about horde are mostly wrong, the only bad horde was in the second war, when Sargeras send them from Draenor after drinking the blood of demon called Mannoroth. Then Garrosh came to action and he indeed was a bad leader, but that's all the bad things about horde. The don't want to attack alliance, but alliance does. Just completed the whole universum, starting on Warcraft - Orcs and Humans, and ending with WoW MoP.

@silentprophet777 of course it will be primarily alliance faction but it is still like argent dawn and argent crusade which also got the same concept on the mix of alliance and horde. they are all based on that ,but argent crusade also got human as leader (Tirion fordring), so its hard to tell if it is alliance. but i cant see the horde realy are taking much interest in the war against lich king considered that it is not their war. only blood elfs of course which got invaded. and human

@diditanddone And the dwarves and the elves, shame they dont show that in the films but Dwarves had war with the goblins inside the mountains, goblins that served Sauron. The lands of Dale and their allies, the dwarvens where also under attack by Rhun and armies of Mordor from the east. And we can't ignore that Gimli is the coolest character in the film x)

The chain is being held up by bones, so that might be it.
The undead used to be neutral with the horde until wotlk/cata.. even the rep they started with was neutral and not friendly like all the others.
