to answer your question, the first half of the sound is the original "A Call To Arms" from Warcraft 3. When Blizz released WoW, they remade most of the songs for some reason. I also agree with your point, why fight over Horde or Alliance?? It's just a game!
@miltonluvsno1 Dwarves are way too stocky to move fast enough to evade or even sprint. Yes, they can go a very short ways, but hardly anything considerable if at all.
This would do awesome in a movie. Where its all soft in the beginning they are gazing at Stormwind, then at the awesome part they are riding their horses through the city gates, through throngs of bustling people and guards. Awesome.
I just noticed something very interesting: look closer to the alliance banner, it contains the hunam shield and banner, night elves arrows, gnome's wheels, dwarve's gryphons. The same for The Horde: Troll Shield.Tauren horns,but the Undead thing is missing or I didn;t noticed it...

The chain is being held up by bones, so that might be it.
The undead used to be neutral with the horde until wotlk/cata.. even the rep they started with was neutral and not friendly like all the others.
