You can move all items up (if you down it too low) by simply place shelf up on the C.A.M.P unit and all items except shelf itself will pop up.
Great, this will be very handy. Thanks!
Thank you so much!
I'm hoping this becomes a whole series of "how to" video's, thanks very MUCH for this one kind sir..
Anything else in mind you'd like to see?
As a first contact for a lot of new players wanting to learn how to build, videos like the mini camp build you did and the easy move camp, it could be a really good series to put together for those newer players.
Small 10 minuteish videos like this one about the Double walling, roof swapping, flame thrower demolition, rug glitching, power conduits (I still have no idea how to use them properly lol), floor switching, house wiring, there must be many more the commenters could add as well.
Hmm. There's definitely a couple of things in there I could cover, though I've done some of the others already. I'm not sure about the swapping thing though as that sounds like something that's just basic functionality in the system, (unless I'm misunderstanding). I've got no idea on conduits though. They just seem like an awkward mess to me most of the time. They can help with running wires through walls should you need to though.
You don't need to connect the generator. After creating the pressure plate, just click pressure plate, turn it a little to make sure the plate is pressed down. Then put what you are going to merge on top.
Thumbs up to Bethesda making shelving easy.
omg my FACE when you pressed E and the things moved!!
awesome, similar to the old way but sooooo much easier
I still haven't used it for it's intended purpose. I plant my gourds and such in realistic places so they aren't floating.
Flame thrower and pressure plate are a fo76 players best friend when comes to camps lol
Definitely! 😂
You don't need power to the pad. Just pick up an place again to depress the raised plate on it.
How did you make the pressure plate light stay green?
Mine only goes green when you step on it.
Connecting the wire is the easiest way. If you pick it up and place it back down the pressure plate should settle into the lower position, (which is what usually happens when the light goes green oddly). It should work then.
does this still work because my plate turns green when you step on it
It does, but it's a bit temperamental. Avoid stepping on the plate at all if possible. It should be green as soon as you connect it. If it's not I'd store it and start over. Maybe try a different spot too. It might take a couple of attempts, but you should be able to get it going.
Everytime I click on the object the object ghost comes out and it moves the object but doesn't merge it
If you have the pressure plate set up correctly selecting and placing the bottom object should do it.
It’s worth noting that this technique doesn’t work on all objects. Shelves work fine, but not everything.
How do you get your light to turn green???? No matter what generator i connect it to, its still red
It should just work when you connect a new pressure plate to a generator or connector.
More importantly though, so long as the pressure plate is in the lower position the glitch should work anyway,
@@DarthXionGames I have tried every generator and conductor... It's never turns green😭😭😭😭😭 I even try standing on it.. I am trying to merge my chessboards down👀👀👀👀
@mrssmokesalot8265 try scraping it and placing a new one. Once you've done that, pick it up and place it again. That should put the plate into the lower/depressed position; from there it should work. I wouldn't worry too much about the lights at that point.
Have a look at how I did it here. That's should help. ruclips.net/video/Qye-kOoNE0Y/видео.htmlsi=LMv2CQyQ38cs0LQm
@@DarthXionGames thank you for your patience and trying to help me... I will take a look.. Thanks so much💚💚💚💚💚
Where do I find plans for preasure plate?
They're sold by robot vendors at The Whitespring. The plan is called "Advanced Power Connectors".
If you want to reverse the process and force all objects up, place it on your camp module and act as if that camp device is a pressure plate. Presto!
What is like to know is how to actually move your camp and have it being able to be placed.
FLOATING ITEMS BE DAMNED
It's not the most reliable system. The best tips I have are, keep it small and simple; Don't have stairs that clip into the ground, (or anything other than foundations); Don't include power, wires or conduits in the blueprint; And make sure any decorations are carefully, manually placed on solid surfaces. Even then it'll be iffy but you should have better chances of success.
you don't need too power the pressure plate. set it down, pick it up and set it down again and merge away
YES, but i find you end up with more ghost objects if it isn't powered
It's probably easier if it's powered, so you can see if the light is green or not. 🤷♂️
@@juansnow5897 Not sure what your talking about, i never have a problem. but ok
@@DarthXionGames ok but i never had a problem. But what ever works for ya. its all good
@@thexmanone every so often without it being powered you can make a ghost object, it’s essentially a duplicate of the item you are placing on the plate that cannot be moved and only fixed by changing server, me and my friends get them all the time and usually happens with bigger objects, it only does it with unpowered plates as it acts like a double press instead of a single
Where can I find that table?
You need to find the vendor graham, (supermutant who walks with his Brahmin chally) he walks all over the map, but if you have a private server he will always spawn first at monoghah power plant so load a private world and look down both roads from the spawn point, you’ll see him all]most immediately. but be aware it is a rare item he sells, and might take multiple tries to find it in his inventory. His inventory has recently been updated with these tables and other stuff in various colours as well. This one is called domestic kitchen table.
My pressure plate doesn’t turn green?
Try scrapping it and building a fresh one.
As it turns out though it doesn't actually need to be green. Just make sure that the plate it's in the lower position and you're good to go. Building one, then picking it up and placing again should do the job.
that is wayyyy easier than the older way :
Ikr!? I'm shocked at how easy it is!
What was the old way?
🤣🤣🤣👍🏽❤️
You can also just put a mannequin on the corner of the pressure plate. Ezy peezy.
If I connect the pressure plate with the solar module the light is not green. Am I doing something wrong?
Sometimes it's just weird about lighting up. Test it and see if it works. If not just move it about a bit until it starts working. Uneven ground in particular can cause problems.
@@DarthXionGames I got it working without the power generator. I just stood on the plate myself, grabed the lowest of two carpents where the SM was placed and could nudge it down. BUT, I havn't yet found a way to do that directly on rocks. The system is always complaining about something is in the way. Do you know a way to "hack" this.
You could try setting the whole thing up on a foundation. 🤔 That might bypass any issues with the ground which can be temperamental sometimes, especially in areas like rocky ground where multiple collision boxes interact.
Does this still work?
Sure does!
@@DarthXionGames I wonder what I’m doing wrong 😑
@gamerbri911 without seeing it would be hard to say... Some things won't merge at all, but otherwise I'd say scrap the pressure plate and start over. Make sure the light is green, don't step on it or allow anyone ( or any robot 🤪) to step on it either. Make sure you are using the place option not the cancel one.
I'll cross my fingers for you!
@@DarthXionGames thanks for the advice ! I’ll give it another try!
@@DarthXionGames hey I did it!! Thanks so much! I wasn’t pushing move I was pressing back.
It really is stupid that this isn't a basic function by default....yes we can add shelfs to out camp but not put anything in it without glitching the game...how stupid lol
Does this work in 2024 L???
Yep. I used it just yesterday!
@@DarthXionGames nice I can finally make my self fancy and more lived in
@@DarthXionGames doesn’t work and I am following what your doing in the video
