It was a 1966 model, but with an implemented 1,6L 65hp R16TL motor and various interior modifications - good craftsmanship by a Romanian car mecanic;-))

Useually this is on the inside. Renault created more space on the inside with this approach. Also wonderfull to drive with is the steeringwheel gear changer. In that era there were several manufacturers who had this. Gradually this disappeared.
You did a excellent job polishing this beautiful French car!!! Car is already looking brandnew again and the inside is also looking amazing !!! Love these old French car very much and this is the way to keep them back on the road ! Thanks for this video ! Greets from the Netherlands !

Renault 16tx was kinda odd looking car in the Philippines at that time but I could say that it is one of a kind at that time and was really a head turner and the suspensions are superb.
I bought a used Renault 16 in 1971 a year after we were married . Wonderful car ...spacious with front wheel drive. Had trouble with the ignition system later that no one seemed to be able to fix or we might still have it .
The engine at this one worked very nice,after so many years not being used,i was amazed ! I don’s see something complicated at this car and why that problem could not be fixed,it’s a great car and for that time it was something special !

That depend's on what level of detailing you want to do! I started with some basic products and equipment for cleaning interiors, under 1000 euro investment,but then i wanted more and more... First i invested in me regarding detailing training in UK at KDS Keltec with Kelly Harris.After that i started to invest in my own detailing workshop and proper equipment to rise at the level that i was trained and that i wanted. I can say that i'm still at the investment stage,the majority is done,but until now i invested almost 18000 euro in : training,tools and equipment,workshop,website,vlog equipment,etc. I hope that was helpfull!

Wow ce găselniță , cu numere vechi 🤘👍super tare și aceași poveste o are și Vw-ul meu din 1966 și anume un Type 3 1600 fratele mai mare al Bette-ului ✌️care tot așa fost cumpărat de fratele bunicului meu în 1972 și a mers cu el până în 1980 , ulterior a ajuns în curtea casei adus de tatăl meu cu un Papuc prin 1996 1997 , foarte interesant a fost modul cum la adus , botul mașini adică toată fața puntea față , a pus-o pe o punte de tractat și a tractat mașina așa 😉

Sincer,meritau mai multe făcute la caroserie având in vedere rugina,dar daca atât s a dorit.Asta e o problema relativ mică,referitor la elementele cromate.Multumesc pentru apreciere !
I grew up in a green metallic R16 in the mid-70s, fond memories. This example is a great colour combination, blue on red. My Romanian is very rusty, is this a Romanian barn find?

@@ldrdetailing2875 It's a Delta integrale Evo2 in Lord Blue. There are no decent detailers in Ploiesti. The restorer doesn't seem to be the best so for sure it will need some TLC when its finished.

It had the sharp edges of 1960s but doesn't look too dated like many other 60's cars.
