Once you get the software in how do you get the purchased designs into the software. I had no problem with the software download but problems getting designs into the software. I have the Flare. Thank you. Specific questions: Unzip files then load the entire file in?? Do you have to go through the entire choices and tell it everything about the file , i.e. name , size, Color choices? I.e. the software does not read that information from the file itself??
The reason you can't find it on the website right now is Baby Lock is in the process of getting a new website. We are hoping they will update the information for it quickly so customers can have access to it again.

Although it says software update, scroll to the bottom of the page and look for Design Database Transfer and click on Get Updates. This will download the software to your computer. As far as we know, Baby Lock does not plan to make a version that is compatible with apple.
