Baby Lock has recently been updating their website so some items may have moved. Please click the link below this will take you to the Baby Lock Software Updates page. You will see numerous Palette updates followed by the Pro-Stitcher update. Continue to scroll down the page the next one will be the Design Database Transfer Software. When you click the “GET UPDATES” under DESIGN DATABASE TRANSFER it will download the Design Database Transfer Software and Instructions to your downloads folder or wherever you have your downloads directed in a Zip file. babylock.com/software-support-and-downloads
This was helpful… Another question..I thought there was a program, from babylock, that I could create an embroidery design, more specifically, to use embroidery files that I’ve purchased. For example, I’ve purchase an embroidery alphabet, and I want to create a name with that alphabet on my computer. I find it very cumbersome to creat on my machine. Is there such a program thru babylock? Thanks so much for your help! 🙂

The Baby Lock Design Database Transfer is only available for Windows based computers- 8.1, 10 (32 or 64 bit). If you are using a Mac computer you can copy the design from your computer onto a USB drive. You can then install the USB drive into your embroidery machine and retrieve the designs from the USB. Please refer to your owners manual for detailed instructions.

I have used this file since April. If I get a new laptop and download this file again will my designs still be there? thanks
You would need to move your design library from your old computer to your new computer.
