    Absolutely loved your informative video. You are an EXCELLENT a teacher. Pace of Video, camera work, and visual for selecting each button is so appreciated. So glad there was no distracting background music and you kept the pace of your voice as well as sharing information moving along. Teachers on videos could take a lesson from you. Inspired me to want to hurry and try this method of digitizing.

    Thank you for sharing that video. You did a great job. Especially explaining what each button does. Love it. I have 2 Luminaires a 1055x. I live in Australia and don't have to many shops showing what to do. So, keep up the good work.
    Cheers👍👍

    Thank you. You went slow enough that I could actually understand each step and take a few notes.

    Thank you for so clearly explaining everything. I have just purchased the Luminaire XP1 and upgrades but I think that is similar. I can’t wait to try it. X

    could also draw over lines before scanning, thanks for the tutorial

      @HayesSewingMachineCo  Год назад

      Yes you can! The only thing with that, is you don't really know which lines are the broken ones until you can scan it to know which ones to draw over. Thought you could scan it, see what lines are broken, fix those, then rescan. Or you could just trace over the whole design before scanning. Whichever way works best for you!

    Can you take a picture of the art and send it to the machine to do it instead of scanning it in?

    With the IQ Designer feature...I am guessing you don't really need a digitalized software to create embroidery files from your design/artwork, no?

    • @HayesSewingMachineCo
      @HayesSewingMachineCo  3 года назад

      Correct. It is intended for you to be able to create your own embroidery designs directly on the machine. However, it is not as sophisticated of a digitizing program as a top of the line digitizing software, so it depends on how detailed of a design you want to be able to do. You can accomplish quite a lot on the machine itself, but if you want a larger range of options for your design, you may need to invest in digitizing software.

    This is a great tutorial. Thanks but my attempt at it didn't seem to work correctly. My border stitch around my clip art doesn't touch the fill area at the top of my clip art. I don't understand why.

      You are probably understabilized when you are stitching out your design.
