  • David takes us through 3 tips on improving our kicks for self-defense and combat sports.
    www.lycandefensive.com
Lycan is a philosophy for life every bit as much as it is a place to train self defense.
David has spent more than 30 years in and around the martial arts industry. Starting with more traditional martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Goju-ryu karate and classical (Japanese) Jiu Jitsu, David has since expanded into various other systems along the way. He has trained extensively in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Israeli Krav Maga, various systems of Filipino Martial Arts such as Kali, old Keysi Fighting Method, and Defence Lab fight science.
David has also spent a considerable amount of time in teaching several of these systems. It is his belief that we all have the potential to not only have the means and skill to defend ourselves in dire circumstances, but that we should also use our training as a channel to better improve our everyday lives. David considers himself a lifetime student, and while he may be teaching, he is always learning and trying to improve.

I don’t think they sell them anymore. It’s a title grappling dummy with a strap to hang it.

I am really looking forward to you releasing your online program so I can be the first to sign up so I can learn the right way to do it.
Kudos on the parenting and demo advice, also. I had no idea...

The strength of the kicks are not strong. “Stop at clicks” It also let the girl feels the force of the kicking & how to have a firm stance without fear together to avoid the attack of the force during a kick. Of course it’s not good for kicking with the full power, then the girl would fly to the wall or the door.
