Everything was lightweight to him. He strength training plus all the steroids and his horrible pumping schedule and even worse cutting schedule killed his lightweight heart.

In my eyes this is by far the best disc golf channel out there. For content, instructions, education, product and pure entertainment...it's just all there. I am 50+ and just picked up the game about 9 months ago. All my discs were hand me downs until today. Ordered me a Grand Orbit Grace, a Retro River and that Limited edition Fried Egg Ace Fuse...simply because of people like Jonathan, Johanananssen😄, Frida, Thomas. Kristin, Albert and the whole Latitude 64 family. Keep doing your thing,,,and I guarantee we will keep watching and supporting!

My 4 yr old showed me a great physical and timing prep exercise. Swing your arms and body back and forth in a relaxed fashion, it really helps loosen my muscles, and it's fun!
The way you two talk about distance is very relatable. Plus I appreciate that you talked about working out. A lot of people don't think about it/don't want to do that.

Thank you for furthering my knowledge on how to throw farther. The Sapphire is sneaky good... I think it is less under stable than the numbers would suggest.
I've definitely found plastic matters a ton with it. My gold line has a nice flip up to it, though nothing crazy. Seems to fit the numbers, though is slightly more stable than my more worn Pro Beast (10/5/-2/2). My Opto is FAR beefier, like maybe 1.5 fade more than the gold.

i think the saphire is a grat disc for pros amatures and beginers with a little more power (yes it is my fav disc)

Please fix the Hopes! Go back to the 1st run size. Stock sense and grand are too deep, almost no difference between a Faith and Hope now. Had to return my royal box even tho I got the beautiful blue Hope.
Is it a big differens between male and female in technique when trowing?
I'd say, no. Physics is physics, both male and female bodies are just a bunch of levers and pulleys that twist like a spring and quickly release. Check out Kristen Tattar or Jennifer Allen.

So how far was Albert's throw?
The light Bolt (155-159 gr) for me has been the record disc (106 m)
For me it was 157g Wraith… 123m… and then one time the wind did take the disc to near by airoplane field that was not allowed to go area (for good reasons) and i newer did get back that disc… and newer have been able to throw that far again after that…
It was good disc for tail wind, but i was also younger so… 😂
for me it was a 175 nuke 143m
I can get my 175g Ti Nuke to 145m, but I've also thrown a 175g Mamba just as far on a good line
Probably for me it's a problem of 'weak arm', so I must work with lighter discs...

Intructions unclear. Went to the gym , lifted a lot of weight, and now every disc is to light, when will you make discs measured in kg and not g?
These always release at the perfect time! Just bought a bunch of new Lat-discs, so I’ll definitely get use of the tips💯 Hopefully I can fill out the ace-meter on the Fuse🥏
